Shipping policy

Shipping on pre-sale items will take 8-12 weeks to be delivered. In some cases these will be delivered sooner and in other cases this timeline might be surpassed for unforeseen circumstances. Regardless, your product will be shipped immediately once it received and ready for shipment.

Our goal is to shop stocked items in 2-3 business days, but in some cases based on volume of orders it might be longer. Thank you for understanding and know that our goal is always to get these items out to you as soon as possible. 

Shipping Address Changes:

Please email as soon as possible regarding address changes to ensure proper delivery. Elev808 cannot be responsible for address change requests that are submitted after a product is shipped. Additionally, we can only change addresses to another address with the original purchaser's name. You will not be allowed to sell or trade your jersey with another person prior to receiving it yourself. If you would like to change your address, your change request email must include (1) your order number, and (2) your full address including your full name, street address, unit number, city, state, and zip code. Providing all required and correct information is the responsibility of the customer and if you do not supply all the required and correct information then your change may not be processed in time and Elev808 cannot take responsibility.

International Orders

Customer is liable to pay all duties and customer for international orders.
